What you are calling
The Run button sends your JSON to POST /api/v1/decisions with a key the playground prepares for you. The first run creates a guest session, an API key, and a 2-credit starting balance — nothing to configure.
The request body takes model (decisions-1 or decisions-latest), a state context, and a questions map of 1 to 6 questions. The response returns an answer per question: a noul probability, a winning choice with per-option probabilities and confidence, or a score with per-level probabilities.

Is this OpenAI's Decisions API?
No. This playground calls this site's own endpoint, which serves decisions-1 — the decision model this site runs. OpenAI's Decisions API is a separate product in limited preview.
Do I need an account to run a call?
No. The first run creates a guest session and an API key automatically, with 2 free credits. Sign in later to keep the key and add credits.
Why did my request fail?
The body must be valid JSON with model, state, and 1 to 6 questions. A 422 names the failing field; a 402 means the credit balance is empty — the top-up dialog opens automatically.
Can I try the batch flow?
Yes — the dashboard batch tool designs the questions once and applies them to every line of a pasted list, then exports a CSV.
